We engaged Andre to help sell our unit. His communication skills are excellent and reassuring in a stressful period. He kept us well informed about opens and interest in our property. His connections and marketing brought buyers from interstate and he was able to negotiate a good deal for us. The property settled without a fuss due to his attention. I would highly recommend Andre if you’re looking to sell. Daniel (Miami Unit sale)

I’ve known Christine for many years as she sold us the current Family home. We’ve stayed in touch since, and she’s always displayed an in-depth understanding of the local market whenever we’ve discussed local sales. The relationship proved fruitful earlier this year when Christine sold my Father’s Townhouse in 3 days and for the price we desired. Her team then sold the Sylvania Place property, which was a little more challenging, soon after it passed in at auction. We were happy with the outcome, and were appreciative of the efforts made to get the buyer to a price which met market expectations. Christine and her team kept us well informed, and displayed the highest levels of professionalism, throughout the process.

Andre has helped me with several properties in the Nobby's Beach/Mermaid Beach areas and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others seeking the support of a property professional.

Thanks so much for once again getting a great result for us Grant. Being busy we knew we could basically leave this up to you and the process would be efficient and effective.

Shaun was the perfect agent for us. He went above and beyond to sell our apartment holding opens on both Saturday and Sunday in order to capitalise on all interest. Always friendly and positive with all interested buyers and with us as sellers. There was no hard sell and we worked cooperatively on all decisions. Shaun provides written feedback to the seller about all enquiries from potential buyers. He responded courteously to our many many texts. Even the final negotiations after auction were handled professionally and he achieved the SALE ! A lesser agent may have failed along the way ! And as a final thank you we received a treasured gift that will burn brightly in our hearts. WELL DONE Shaun. We will be back.

Discussed with Agent likely outcome if went to Auction, advised that Auction was best alternative and most likely sell before hand. Sold within 2 weeks of being launched on the market and after some considerable negotiation by Grant, managed to achieve the desired price. Attention to detail of the property was the key, Grant's detail of modest improvements achieved the result.

I’ve dealt with Shaun several times over the past few years both as purchaser and vendor. From both perspectives I found Shaun to be honest and reliable. Looking forward to working with Shaun in the future.
