I asked him to help me with a few issues even after the sale went unconditional and he was only too happy to oblige, he made my purchase as stress free as possible and when I picked up my keys he had labelled each key - again going out of his way and I received a bottle of Moët, gorgeous candle and card. 5 stars all the way
