Christine was very engaging and available at all times. She knew the market and provided us with sound advice on listing and during negotiations. Christine was our trusted advisor throughout the sale process and we do not hesitate in recommending her.

Shaun sold my home within 48 hours! Seeing that Shaun had sold the most properties in the Broadbeach area it was an easy decision to use Shaun. Over the last few months in dealing with Shaun he was in constant conmunication. He has great market knowledge and is very driven on getting his clients the best result. If you're looking at selling give Shaun a call

I have been a property investor and therefore did some homework when considering placing my property on the market. This included attending open homes of comparable properties to assess realistic selling prices and meeting agents as a ‘prospective’ buyer to assess how agents operated - follow up calls etc. Christine Tucker impressed with her professionalism and market knowledge. Obviously other sellers were similarly impressed as Christine was the listing agent for a number of the open houses I inspected in doing my homework. End result was by working with Christine in her marketing strategies, presentation of the property, and her existing contacts of prospective buyers from past listings she has had, our house was under contract before the first open house was scheduled. Great result and very happy to recommend Christine Tucker to any prospective seller.

Christine has to be the most persistent and committed agent we have ever met. Despite our house sale falling through on 3 different occasions, Christine battled on and even placed additional adverts at no extra cost to us. Highly recommend Christine to anyone considering sell a property!!
