His product knowledge and attention to detail was impressive, which assisted in achieving a greater sale price than a rival Estate Agent had forecast. The marketing campaign was very effective without having to pay exorbitant costs in a somewhat subdued market. Ricky also provided regular feedback on the level of enquiries and the asking price.
