Andre was able to balance the agenda and needs of both his client (vendor) and myself as the buyer of a couple of units in the same block. Aware of the commercial interests of both parties, he was able to effectively broker the transactions and keep all parties happy, engaged and committed to getting the deals done. A straight shooter and experienced negotiator, his communication was frequent and relevant and kept me informed at all stages. My transaction was not the simplest of deals but he persisted and got the job done when most probably would have just thrown the towel in.
