Vety Satisfied Buyer
I had been looking for a property on the Gold Coast for a while and found the listing at Artique on realestate.com.au and organised an inspection on Thursday with Penelope. I liked the property and went for a second open viewing on Saturday but the property was not available to inspect. Penelope graciously offered to organise a private second viewing on the Sunday (she did have other plans for the day). In any case I made an offer which after some negotiation was accepted on the same day. Settlement and hand over went through smoothly I felt that both the vendor and Penelope assisted as much as possible to achieve an efficient settlement. Communications throughout with Penelope were excellent and every commitment she made she met. Great job. Easy and hassle free. Thanks Rob.

Excellent
I would highly recommend Katrina and Penelope. Friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy. Wonderful to deal with. If I was to purchase any more property on the coast, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Penelope and only Penelope. Could not fault their enthusiasm and honesty in all aspects of the purchase. 10 out of 10 for service. 100% for professionalism.

Penelope is the BEST! ☺
Penelope was amazing she went above and beyond for us. We were very nervous investing our money in property and even more nervous because it was interstate. Penelope assisted me in everything I needed to get done. If it wasn't for her I would have gone insane as I'm overly picky about things that are important to me.

Our New Home
After 3 trips to the Gold Coast, and numerous houses, we found Trish, who was selling our new home. She opened the house for us to look at outside open house times, as we were on time restrictions. Trish made us feel extremely comfortable, answered our questions honestly, and let us take our time and wander around the house and yard. We have continued to keep in touch during the purchase process and I can't wait to sit by the pool and have a champs with her when we move. I would highly recommend Trish Walls to anyone looking for an honest agent and new home.

Excellent Experience
As a vendor under pressure to sell within a specific time frame, I could not have asked for more. I had originally listed my property with another agent who, it seemed, wasted precious time with an uncommitted buyer. I then found myself in a situation whereby I needed a buyer and contracts signed within a month. In a not so buoyant market, , Katrina and Penelope found a buyer, negotiated a price and, despite some contractual glitches on the part of the buyer, had signed contracts delivered within the time frame. As well, they sought to assist me in arranging for management of a rental property in Wings and have advised on apartment upgrades to enable me to maximise my investment. I am enormously grateful to Katrina and Pen and encourage other vendors to list with them.
