Trish at all times remained committed and professional throughout our sale. We listed with her due to her reputation and even though our sale took a very long time, Trish remained focused on our emotional well being. She worked with us through a failed contract (due simply to buyer inability to gain finance approval) and then with an unfortunately drawn-out contract, again with the buyer having initial difficulty with their own bank, it was Trish, working with the buyer, that found alternatives for them to secure their dream - being our property. I would recommend Trish very highly - especially if you have a "difficult" property to sell !
