Martin has very eager and enthusiastic and had a reasonable knowledge of the market. However when presented with offers I felt he used scare tactics to hurry me in to taking a offer without negotiation. With my insistence he negotiated a higher price from the buyer but I felt I shouldn't have had to instigated this for him. Martin seemed to develop a good relationship with the buyer which was good for keeping me in the loop with their finance approvals. I was however unimpressed by his urge to use his conveyancer over the one I had lined up, making me feel like I hadn't done my research in choosing the right one. His conveyancer was a rude and belittling man who made me feel like a fool. It doesn't take much to be kind and educating.
