Great Agent
Throughout the entire process Trent was very friendly and highly professional. As i was renting the property before i purchased it he always gave plenty of notice of open house inspections and was very considerate of me as the existing tenant. Trent was very informative of market values and i never felt he was too pushy in trying to sell the property. Will use Trent's services in purchasing future properties.

Trustworthy, respected, professional inner south-east specialist
Dayne has an intimated knowledge of the inner south-east market developed over 10+ years in the industry. Kylie and I have relied on Dayne's advice multiple times regarding the sale of property in Holland Park, most recently in early 2017. Dayne provides realistic, regular, timely communication at all stages of the sale process. Dayne is not an arm-twister of sellers or purchasers but his no-nonsense style means people warm to him and trust him, which means he gets a great outcome. The absolute value in using Dayne was highlighted during negotiation of the sale contract - or in our case three sale contracts - where all parties were dealt with respectfully and the outcome achieved was $50,000 over our expectation. We will definitely use Dayne again should the opportunity arise.

I recently engaged Trent to sell my property in Greenslopes. My initial impression of Trent was that he was a very sincere, trustworthy, pro-active and determined man. I felt really comfortable with him and it was these qualities that made him stand out above the rest of the agents I was considering. He provided really sound advice which led to the right decisions and looking back, I know realise that this is a testament to his years of experience. I have been very impressed with him throughout the whole process. Trent is an excellent agent and he is extremely good at what he does. I had a very specific price target in mind and would not have sold below that. With his great negotiating skills, he was able to achieve a price I was happy with. Trent always works hard for the seller.He is extremely easy to deal with and did not in anyway ever try to pressure or persuade me into a particular decision. He was never over-bearing and was always respectful of all my decisions. He is always contactable and kept me regularly updated throughout the process. Without a doubt, this has been the most positive experience I have had with any agent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Personable, knowledgeable, polite and a delight to negotiate with!
I met Trent at an evening inspection for the purchased property and was immediately put at ease with his calm and unassuming manner. He provided information when prompted and gave you the space you needed to explore. Follow up was also fastidious. When he could not meet me for an appointment because I had changed my plans, he sent someone else to be there. Negotiations were straight forward and he understood my need to move in quickly.
