From the very beginning to the end Craig made the whole experience so effortless whilst being professional. He kept us informed during same. Nothing was too much trouble. He was extremely knowledgeable in all matters of selling a home. We were Executors of an estate which had some challenging aspects but Craig took it in hand to make the process "smooth" for want of a better word. We have known Craig for quite some time and we were asked from our solicitor to obtain four appraisals. Of course we put Craig forward. In the meantime another appraisal popped up making it five. Because of the nature of the sale and other parties being involved we put our preferred real estate agents forward. Craig did not hesitate to travel quite some distance to relay all to the other parties. Imagine our absolute delight when the other parties chose Craig. He well and truly deserved to beat all the other players to achieve the sale. So up went the For Sale Sign leaving not a thing for us to do. His whole process was so experienced and he obtained an unbelievable outcome which might I say pleased all parties involved. Because of the nature of the sale being somewhat complicated Craig was extremely sensitive and compassionate.
