Although it was years before we were ready Pat and his team would professionally and politely follow us up after every open home we attended to gauge our feedback. Pat & Jewlie let us know about a property coming up that sounded suitable for us. We weren't ready at the time but got our ducks in a row and by the time the property hit the market we were pretty much ready to go.
