From the very start Pat was open, honest and a great communicator who made both other buying & selling experience great. None of our continual questions throughout the process were a hassle to him and always answered promptly. If we were ever needing to buy or sell again in the area Pat would be the first person I call. Thanks again to Pat and his team for helping us get into our family home

Patrick Ivey and his team were simply OUTSTANDING with marketing and selling our family home of 27 years and securing a contract one week after hitting the market. Pat was at all times professional, knowledgeable and driven, as was his team. What impressed us the most was his communication and reliability before, during and after the sale. Even if he had no updates, he would always touch base regularly and continued to market our property until the contract was unconditional. We also appreciated his honesty and truthfulness with queries we had along this very daunting journey and would highly recommend Pat and his wonderful team to anyone thinking about selling their property. Thank you so much Pat, Jewlie and Igor, you’re very rare and we are so pleased we had you by our side.

I have bought and sold property for 30-years, and thus have dealt with a myriad of stakeholders tied up in real estate transactions across several countries. Having developed rapport with my Coorparoo Square apartment neighbour, he gave me Nico Beri's contact details, having heightened my expectations at a time when I was not a motivated seller. Long and short, Nico is by far the best real estate professional I have ever dealt with, period. I consider him a personal friend, and trusted associate.

Thank you to Pat, Jewlie , Nico and Igor for a seamless buying experience. There is a reason you see his face on so many signboards around Carina and Carina Heights. From the first inspection to the easy settlment process we have been impressed by Pat and his team. Both my brother and I have a decent amount of experience with agents and agencies from working within the industry and from our extended searching process. We were pleasantly suprised at the ease in going from offer to settlement. You are always met with a smile and some laughs, whilst having question answered down to the finest details. All in all a very good buying experience which left us feeling great about our new home!

I have sold with the Pat Ivey team recently and found him and his associates to be very easy to deal with. They pushed for the highest price the market was prepared to pay and ensured the process was as stress free as possible for me

When we sold our property with Jerri we were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the market, and her passion and enthusiasm for real estate. Jerri's attention to detail was second to none, and we felt informed and included in every decision along the way. Selling a property can be a stressful life event, but Jerri was always there for us, and her communications were timely and reassuring. She was always focussed on getting the very best outcomes for us, as well as for the buyer, so everyone was thrilled with the service. What a star! Thank you Jerri!
