Great agent and good team to work with
Pat and his team were highly organised, professional and friendly. His market experience and knowledge was evident when we went to sell our house and Pat was able to make us feel comfortable in our pricing and marketing strategy. Patrick sold my Townhouse on the first day. What more can I say! To summarise my experience, Patrick is: Always positive and enthusiastic. Good communicator. Patrick is friendly and ‘personable’ which is important in sales. He is reliable and organised and has a great support Team (very important). Patrick is a genuine nice guy and very easy to work with. He’s also really Experienced, works incredibly hard and knows the market. He was always available when I had questions and he reassured my Seller’s nerves!! I would recommend Patrick to anyone.

Terrific Result

Perseverance
