First time home sellers here. We met Pat over a year ago, when the idea to sell first crossed our minds. We had seen his face around Carina Heights and knew that we wanted the best agent to take care of us. He made a great impression on us, but we weren't quite ready. It took us a good 12 months to decide to take the leap and Pat was our first choice (of course). To be honest, we didn't even worry about getting a second opinion after meeting with him and Jewlie in our home. Our property went live without a hitch and we had an awesome amount of interest. We then experienced the agony of a cold feet contract falling through after two weeks of waiting. Pat had another buyer lined up that same evening which went unconditional three days before it was due. His dedication and hard work could be easily seen even through the Christmas holiday period, with him giving us daily updates and keeping us in the loop at all times. We’ve all heard of the “it” factor, well Patrick has that in spades. He’s driven, he’s passionate about his job, and He’s compassionate. A few times I was stressed through the procedure, I found it not easy selling ones home after 40 years, and Patrick would say to me in a very calm voice “ Don’t stress Dot, that’s my job” and immediately I would calm down. He’s also a spiritual person and has a great sense of humour. I will be seeing Patrick one more time and I know I’m going to feel sad, sad because it feels like I will be saying goodbye to a friend, a friend I’ll never see again such is the nature of Patrick.
