We would highly recommend Mel to anyone seeking a real estate agent possessing great integrity and honesty. From the moment we met Mel, she was very polite and genuine. Her skills at achieving the best outcome for the vendor as well as ourselves as the buyer was exceptional. It was a win/win all round and she facilitated the negotiation with the owners property and provided guidance at achieving a positive outcome. Mel has also helped us out with referrals to great trades people as we're now looking to renovate our new home. Mel has excellent communication skills. It was a true delight working with Mel. Thank you very much Mel!

As first home buyers, my partner and I were very inexperienced in what the buying process involved - Sharon was there every step of the way to answer any questions and queries we had, and made the process as easy as possible for us!

We sold our property with great help and advice , but not pressure from Emma and Mel. Nothing was too much trouble and my brother and I felt that both agents had our best interests as their primary focus. Even though our sale price was below what we originally wanted , it was a fair and realistic price at the time. We were happy with the sale in the time of Covid19 and would absolutely recommend listing with Emma and the Harcourts team.

Pat was an amazing agent to work with for the purchase of our home. He was always available and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the market was exceptional and is quite hard to find in an estate agent these days. We would highly recommend Pat.

3.5 years ago I purchased a house with Mel as the real estate agent and she couldn't be more helpful and supportive during that time. 3.5 years later we decided to sell the same house and there was no hesitation to ask Mel to represent us. Again Mel was very supportive and gave fantastic advise to help you get the house sold quickly but also to get the right price. I highly recommend Mel and I am sure you will enjoy working with her as much as we have had. 10/10 Mel Christie

I engage the services of Chris to sell a property in Redland Bay. His knowledge of the market was excellent as was his follow up after every open home. I was lucky to sell the property close to my asking price and it was done in a timely manner without any major dramas. I would highly recommend Chris Bagley to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

We had numerous conversations with Patrick in the lead up to listing our property for sale. He gave us some useful tips to help us to present our property in the best light. He had good market knowledge of recent comparable sales in the area. His communication skills, as well as those of his colleagues, were excellent throughout the whole process. He is passionate about the industry and is focused on obtaining a successful outcome. His negotiation skills were evident, obtaining for us a good price for our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending Patrick to anyone looking to sell their property.

We were so concerned about putting our house on the market due to COVID-19. However Jewlie was approachable and walked us through every phase of the sale. With some incredible recommendations, we were able to get the house on the market fast, and had an offer within 3 days (above expectations). I have worked with Jewlie once before and will be using her for any future real estate sales and purchases I complete. You will not be disappointed with this absolute fire cracker of an agent!
