Exceptional Agent
Patrick communicated above and beyond my expectations. Provided feedback immediately following each open house. Patrick provided both positive and negative feedback in an honest and ethical manner.

Great agent, even I am a buyer this time
Paul and Melissa are very responsive and work hard to get the deal done. Even as a buyer, they kind of work against me, their professionalism still impresses us a lot. No doubt will keep John on speed dial if I want to sell my property next time.

Excellent Service.
Dayne was very professional and extremely approachable. He is always contactable and very quick to give feedback from open house showings. Some advice he gave to us helped in selling our property faster. He obviously knows his market well and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

Amazing!!!
Paul and Melissa were beyond amazing. I had moments of panic when unexpected hurdles came up but Paul and Melissa were there to reassure me. They were professional, honest, bright, and positive. End result, we sold our property within 2 weeks. Best agents ever (and I have sold a couple of properties).

11 out 10 Agent
Thank you so much Patrick for your help and guidance during the recent sale of our property at Carina Heights. Your integrity and honesty was the deciding factor in our choice of agent and it was a pleasure getting to know you professionally and personally. Thanks to Aaron the team at Harcourts as well in helping us through such a stressful time and assist us in moving on to the next stage of our lives. Kindest Regards, Cheryl and Barry.

Genuine real estate agent!!
I recently purchased a property through Patrick and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services. He was very patient throughout the process and his customer service/follow up was both top notch and professional. He was very genuine and particularly knowledgeable on the local area. If I'm ever selling a property, Patrick will be one of my first calls.

Man of his word, Reliable and Highly Recommended
I engaged Patrick as my agent after seeing him sell next door along with many other properties in Carina Heights and surrounds. He was very thorough and did exactly what he said he would do. He's a man of his word and I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hard working agent to sell their property in the future.

Too quick-nah.
Interview on wed and signed up agreement, photo and internet listing thurs and listing fri for open house on sat( not expecting a good response) Had 3 lookers on sat and 2 offers- closed sale on wed. Can't be too quick, but it sets the bar pretty high to match it for knowlege of market, correct positioning, staging the unit and follow up. Great work Paul
