We met Dayne Evans through a recommendation by Jim Ryan (another legend in the real estate realm). From the get go, we appreciated Dayne's approach. He listened to us, was candid with the expertise he offered in his craft, was professional and ethical, and maintained a kindness and a sense of humour (which was greatly appreciated). We also found Dayne to be patient and generous with his time. Communication and interactions were completed in a timely and considered manner. Dayne had assisted us on a number of occasions over the years to obtain rental and valuation reports on our property/ies whilst we were refinancing. We appreciated his assistance and the speed with which he provided the required documentation for our lending specialist. When we finally decided it was time to move from Norman Park we had every faith Dayne would look after our best interests, which he did. Dayne is one of those wonderful Agents who has integrity and a good heart – you just know he is going to do the right thing by you. Fantastic agent
From selling us our new home, all the way through to the sale of our old house, Patrick is by far the most professional and down to earth real estate agent we have met. His marketing and knowledge was second to none. He regularly kept in contact with any updates, and made buying and selling (with 2 kids) a much easier experience. With over 70 people through and 40 + enquiries, (in only 9 days!!!) Patrick really did go above and beyond and we are so thankful. We will certainly be recommending him to anyone looking at buying or selling their home.

Couldn't be happier
