There are a lot of Chinese buyers in Glen Waverley, and Anna is very experienced in working with that market. She generated a large amount of interest in our property and a big turnout at the auction. Dexter (auctioneer) connected well with this large group and there was frenetic bidding until the property sold right in the middle of the estimated range.

this is my third time selling experience by Jenny Gao. she did an amazing job again for 10 Cherry. She is a responsibility person for her customer and take good care of the customer's property. Especially while I was away in overseas during the campaign, she organized everything including the styling furniture to present well for the property, external and internal cleaning, marketing, even minor fix for the property.
