From the first meeting with Jordan, Ron and Dexter I knew whom myself and my wife were going to choose after having spoken to 3 local agents. These guys are set up to be the best in Waverley. A big staff but didn’t compromise on personal service in fact coming from a customer service background I commend the way these guys work maintaining a big team but felt like I was the only home listed in Wheelers Hill. Yes it’s about price in the end but the care in fitting in with a busy lifestyles including having our married daughter and son in law living with us Ron was so accommodating but still got the job done. Communication was the key Ron was excellent even when things didn’t go to plan nothing is too much for him. And on Auction day when your blood pressure is through the roof his calming personality and professionalism have us a sense of real trust and a feeling of “we’re in good hands”.
