Jenny helped my family sell our house in Mt.Waverley not long ago. We were first time seller and she was very thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. We experienced a snap lockdown right in the middle of the campaigne and Jenny persevered the whole way, she is very motivating and kind in reassuring us that it will be ok. She is super hard working in getting buyers for our property auction. Its a hard property to sell because its right behind freeway. Before we met Jenny, we meet with 4-5 other agents in our area. All of them gave us a less than desirable estimate, and advised that if they can sell our property for more than that amount, we can pay them a bonus on top of the percentage commission. Jenny was the only agent who doesnot charge a bonus, she has a fixed percentage and will simply try her best to get the highest sell price possible regardless of bonus or not. Her way of working is she will work hard for her vendors and get best price possible on fixed commission percentage. We were impressed with this because no other agents we spoke to have the confidence to say that about their work ethics and service. Jenny followed through with all her promises, she changed strategies to our advantage depending on the results from inspections. In the end she got us great result. Her auctioneer Dexter is also super talented and great at what he does. Jenny's collaboration with Dexter and other Harcourt Judd White agents made our auction a success.
