Alice is the most hardworking agent I’ve ever met. We had been house hunting for months and dealt with many agents, but she really stood out. She opened so many inspections every week (at first I was even worried that meant more buyers competing with me at auctions!), but it just showed how committed she is to her work. She patiently answered all my questions over calls and WeChat, even at night, and was always flexible with inspection times when we couldn’t make the original ones. Rick sold my property in the waverley park estate and got us an estate breaking price for it. I could not be more grateful for him and his team Pete. His knowledge of the estate and surrounding areas is unparalleled, he is the number one agent in mulgrave but I feel he would be in any suburb. I first heard of rick when he invited the waverley park residences to a bbq down by the lake, I unfortunately did not attend the event but i was impressed that he was making a big effort to get to know us. He was so easy to get along with from the start and gave us live updates straight after each opening as well as weekly reports. I never felt out of the loop. As he is the real estate agent for many homes that are being sold in the estate he used this to our advantage and showed our property to potential buyers of other similar properties which was amazing. He was never pushy which I loved and felt like I was well taken care of.
