Nuria and her team successfully sold our 4 off the plan townhouses project in Glen Waverley . She is hard-working, accountable, honest. She has great communication skills and she kept us informed at all times. I have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell in that area. We will work with her again in the near future.

When I first met Anita I was blown away be her enthusiasm and attention to detail. She was completely thorough in every important part of the sale. I`m a complete novice in real estate and I felt totally looked after in every way. Her professionalism and market knowledge in this field were at the top of the pyramid. She kept in touch with us all the way and made us feel relaxed and comfortable in the fact that we were with the RIGHT agents. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anita and the Harcourt team to anyone that wanted a positive and above average to very high sale result.

It has been a joy working with Dexter & Harcourts Glen Waverley on the sale of my apartment - Dexter's gregarious, can-do attitude made the process stress-free and I am so happy with the result of the sale. His market knowledge is outstanding and he's a compelling auctioneer. I would not hesitate in using Dexter in the future; whether that be buying, selling or just for sound advice.
