We have enjoyed dealing with Jourdain for our recent sale. Jourdain is hard working, easy to deal with and responsive. He also patiently explained to us including my elderly parent about sales tactics especially for the auction day. I have no hesitation to contact him if I have any questions, so we definitely got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and throughout the process, Jourdain was very respectful to us, as he would always check for our opinion before making the next step (even though I am sure he knows better than we do). Also, he kept us informed after each open for inspection with both phone call and written/report updates.

Anna, you are very hardworking and possess absolutely phenomenal professionalism. Anna had a lot of extra opens and private inspections of my property with the perspective buyers. She also showed excellent skills to qualify the right buyers of my property. She showed no nerves during the campaign and particularly on the Auction Day as she was very confident. She was able to invite so many people at Auction that it turned out to be the best auction we witnessed in Glen Waverley. Anna was also able to bring the entire Harcourts team on the Auction Day. I would also admire her associate Jackie Chan who supported her very well all the way through. This clearly demonstrates that not only Anna is good, but her entire team brings a lot to the table too. I would certainly recommend Anna as an agent to anyone considering selling the property.
