I’ve had great experiences with Harcourts Huon Valley, with everyone from front office to my agent to subcontractors who promptly responded to their fast requests for maintenance/repairs at my rental property. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks

The team at Harcourts assisted us with successfully finding a rental for my family. We moved from interstate so there were a few hurdles we had to overcome and the team were very professional, trustworthy and reliable. They made the transition extremely easy and comforting with much correspondence and information. I would highly recommend using Harcourts and look forward to working with them in the future.

The team at Harcourts Huon Valley were a pleasure to deal with. Even though we were seeking to rent a property from Interstate, the process was made fairly seamless due mainly to their friendly and effective communication and sound knowledge of the processes. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The Harcourts team were delightful and very responsive when I rented a property. I was moving from Queensland and unable to view the property myself so Kayla filed a walk through for me. Signing the agreement was easy. A bit of a glitch in communication around utilities but rhe team sorted this out to my satisfaction promptly.

When we realised we had to move to Hobart quickly, we thought it would be the most stressful part of our move. Kayla made it effortless and enjoyable and had our application completed and submitted to the landlord the day we applied! Beyond that she has followed up and genuinely made every effort to make our move easy. Thank you Kayla and Harcourts for the awesome service!

Our experiences with Harcourts have been an absolute breeze. We did not have to worry about a single thing, all information was clearly conveyed and we had amazing support from Maddie and also other members of the team when Maddie was unavailable. We cannot thank the team at Harcourts enough for assisting us with our two rentals and making the process a breeze!

Having recently had a change of tenant in less than ideal circumstances. The support and assistance provided by the team with a special mention to Taylah our property manager who has been great. We changed agencies due to an ownership change but I can say that all dealings we have had with the agency have been professional and supportive and in the best interest of our property and supporting us remotely. This has been even more appreciated through recent challenging times.

Harcourts Huon Valley have been extremely helpful regarding the tenancy application and have provided terrific answers to all the questions I have asked. Their service has been outstanding and I am very grateful for the help and support I have received in regards to my first tenancy. The experience so far has been very easy with their help and guidance and I’m am sure I’ll continue to use their service again in the future. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating! Special mention to Josh and Phoebe who have gone above and beyond all expectations!

We had an exceptional experience with Harcourts Huonville. Pheobe and Josh made renting a property smooth and easy, helping us every step of the way with every minor detail and made things happen quickly so we could move in to our rental. This was especially appreciated at this time (during the coronavirus pandemic). By far the best experience we’ve had with a real estate agency. Very impressed with their approach to the renter - treating us with respect. Sounds ridiculous but in the past I have found most agencies only care about sales. As a property owner myself I would not hesitate to approach harcourts in Huonville for all my future investment enquires based on this experience. Thank you Pheobe and Josh.
