Was great at the start, was amazing at answering all my questions and communicating, but as soon as paperwork signed seemed to be ignored, tried asking questions through email got nothing texted a number got nothing, rang admin got a nasty reply. The one lady Kirsty I deal with regularly is good though, very understanding
