I couldn't of asked for a better realtor to sell my house. Sibby always communicated with me every step of the way and I was never wonder how many offers, how many people went to the open house. Nothing was too much trouble for Sibby. He got me a reasonable price for my house. It was not unrealistic and therefore there was a lot of interest. I would definitely use Sibby again..

Stephanie was down to earth and honest from the start. She has a very good knowledge of the local area and housing prices. She was upfront about the price we could expect to ask for the property and gave us handy tips to assist with the sales process. She is genuine and friendly, easily answering any questions that we asked. Stephanie ended up getting us the price we wanted for the sale and was able to assist us throughout the whole process.
