We bought our first house in October 2019! 13 waterside place was the first house my partner and I agreed we both liked! But it was extremely good to have someone as knowledgeable, caring , honest and genuine as Tammy selling the house! She really helped in every aspect and honestly would not recommend anyone else !

I listed my property while living overseas and had extremely courteous and efficient help from Sam - despite the tyranny of distance, time zones and extremely poor internet where I was living. Sam maintained frequent and good humoured contact with me. His marketing skills are exceptional and my property sold very quickly mostly because of his enthusiasm. Thank you Sam.

Dear Prospective Homebuyers: It is my immense pleasure to recommend Sam Musumeci as a real estate agent for any individual Person or family searching for the ideal home or Unit for their situation. Sam had one meeting with me and showed me a property which I decided to purchase. I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Sam was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make. Sam's after sales service is also worth to mention. If I ever need to move again he will be my first choice in real estate. We found Stephanie easy to work with. Casual yet professional with a good knowledge of the current market in Idalia. She made an accurate assessment of our property and the type of buyer this property would attract. The buyer in this case supported her assessment and we were happy to close the sale with Stephanie with a fast track settlement to satisfy all parties.

Though there were a few hiccups due to other reasons, Sam was easy to deal with and kept me in the loop with what was happening, unlike the Real Estate that managed my property. I live away and Sam made it a loss less painful than I'm sure it could have been.

At the time it seemed a daunting prospect to sell our house, however Sam made the experience easy for us with his professional manner, knowledge and experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Sam to market and sell any property.
