Excellent Service!
We engaged with Tammy after we had our house on the market with another real estate agency for 9 months without success. Sam, you’re the man!
Sam is resilient and motivated to sell and can also find the right home for you. In my circumstance, Sam went beyond all my expectations and delivered result. My home was a tough gig for Sam due to the difficult market that exists in Townsville. I had listed my home with three different agents and can honestly say Sam delivered the goods. It’s a buyers market at the moment and Sam was able to deliver. Thank you Sam, you’re the man!

Fabulously Fantastic!
It was our pleasure to deal with Sam for the purchase of our new home In Alice River. Sam's response time to emails, messages and phone calls was instant. Very professional, upfront and honest . Came across as though we were values clients
After interviewing a number of real estate agents we chose Sam. From the on set we found Sam to be knowledgeable about the area, and very upfront regarding the property values in the area. We felt very comfortable with Sam, he was not at all pushy. He kept us informed throughout the selling period concluding in the sale of our property We would highly recommend Sam to anyone wanting to sell or to buy property with Sam. Mostly Exceptional
John was mostly pleasant and exceptional to deal with. He was very helpful with referrals for other companies. He did underestimate the price of the security screens, which I wasn’t expecting. And one day when I rang he sounded grumpy. ...? But overall he is a very easy going , happy personality and made contact and communication effortless and efficient.

Friendly, great agent!
I wanted John to sell my house because he was the agent when I bought the house and I had a really good experience with him as a part of that process. In addition, I had done a little research and found that he has strong property knowledge in the area. I was thoroughly satisfied with the process again, John was friendly, available, knowledgeable, helpful, and gave great advice. And he sold my home within 6 days of the listing!
