I met Jayden several years ago when he'd just started as an agent and I was thinking of selling my home. I ended up not selling, but Jayden kept in touch over the years informing me when he changed to another agency and sending me relevant updates on the Townsville market. I liked his approach to selling and he came across as a genuine person who loved his job and helping people realise their property goals. In 2025 I decided to sell my investment unit in West End and got in touch with Jayden to manage the sale. I also contacted another agent for a comparison between approaches, costs and service. Jayden had a detailed written proposal through to me in less than 48 hours. I'm still waiting to see anything in writing from the other agent. It was important to me for my real estate agent to work professionally and in a friendly manner with my tenant and the rental agency. Jayden did all that and more, keeping everyone up to date with the progress of the marketing and sale. He knows his stuff! He recommended a brilliant conveyancer as well as working with me on strategies to streamline the sale which all paid off with a super quick sale to very happy buyers. He also gave me a heads-up on the timing of the sale to best suit my needs. I highly recommend Jayden and his team! Nothing was too much trouble and I always felt included, valued and looked after.

I would highly recommend Shal . He has excellent market knowledge and is very good at answering potential buyers questions . He has very good negotiating skills . I originally was going to try and sell my property without an agent , but I am glad that I went with Shal because he sold the property at a price that I probably would not have achieved . I also think that the buyer got a good deal as well , on a property in a niche market that has enormous potential . Shal took a lot of stress off my shoulders by negotiating on my behalf on an investment that I was very emotionally attached to . Shal’s lovely wife was also a big help with staging the property to prepare it for sale and has interior decorating skills that I do not possess . I am very happy with the results and would definitely use Shal’s services again when it comes time to sell another property .
