As a purchaser, I found Jeremy to be helpful, not too pushy and realistic with his pricing. He balanced this whilst still trying to get a good outcome for his own client. Jeremy has a great reputation and this showed and he was prompt with any communication. I also found his emails detailing 'next steps' to be very helpful and easy to understand.

Jeremy and his team (Sharon & Carlton) are very professional, down to earth and honest. We are so pleased we chose Jeremy to work with for the sale of our property. Always aiming for the best result which was achieved. The support and professionalism with the whole Harcourts Launceston office was excellent along with the marketing of the property.

Jeremy is the most patient and honest real estate professional whom I have come across. I am so grateful and honored to have him sold our house in under a month. His sense of humor, positivity and integrity are the qualities I need in an agent and he has it all. We live in another city and Jeremy went all out to make us feel included and informed by staying in close contact with us and updating us everyday of the week. His commitment and dedication is something we will never forget. Jeremy, we love you and appreciate everything that you have done for us in making our sales so smooth and stress free.

Jeremy, Carlton and term have made the purchase of this home an extremely smooth and time efficient process. They have been easy to communicate with, responded to our questions in a extremely timely and courteous manner. As we were not able to attend the open home, Carlton was very obliging and showed us through the house outside business hours. This was very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and his Harcourts team to any perspective purchases or sellers. Lisa Legge
