Dave was the least ‘salesy’ real estate agent we have met and had a genuine and down to earth personality. Above all else, Dave fed us the least bullshit and actually sold us our house wearing shorts and thongs on a long weekend! Dave put up with our two little girls harassing him each time we met and he was very accommodating around our busy lives. I cannot recommend Jeremy and his team highly enough. From the first meeting to the last I found him to be professional, extremely personable and honest. I felt that he worked really hard to get the sale and he kept in contact with me throughout the entire process so that I knew exactly what was going on at all times. His appraisal of my house at the beginning of the process was honest and he secured me the exact amount I was hoping for - can't ask for more than that! Whenever people wanted to be shown through he contacted me and made it happen ensuring maximum exposure in the first couple of weeks. His strategies worked as my house sold very quickly. We found Jeremy easy to deal with from the time we first inspected the property where he was there to greet us with that “typical” agent smile. What we loved was that Jeremy wasn’t “typical”.
