The Harcourts Launceston staff are professional, knowledgeable & interacted brilliantly from the first interaction, through to the finalisation of the purchase of my investment property. They are by far the best experience I have had in buying a property. Sharon & Jeremy always kept me updated with regular follow up phone calls & prompt replies to my emails, advising of the progress of buying my property. Some agents will tell you, that they will give you updates regularly, but from my experience they don’t. The Harcourts team definitely stay in contact regularly throughout the whole buying process. Sharon & Jeremy are both very knowledgeable of the current real estate market, do not pressure you & provide good advice. They achieved an excellent result for me in the purchase of the property, in a very reasonable time frame. She kept us informed about the sale process in a timely manner even when we went overseas after signing the contract.
