Jeremy handled my sale process in a truly professional manner. He listed at a realistic lead in price knowing my expected sale price and achieved a sale within 3 days. Can't ask for much more than that...well done...great job. Highly recommend his services.

David was so easy to deal with through our whole selling process. He is down to earth, knowledgeable and very good at his job! We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

We could not recommend Neil and Yvonne more highly. The Hawkins Team wins hands down - from their professionalism to their “out-of-hours” service to easy approachable manner, nothing was too much trouble. A realistic Property price in the current market saw 3 offers received in 3 days and we had a signed contract on the Sunday afternoon. We even received a message from the other side of the world (as they were on holidays in England) when the contract went unconditional!!

very friendly and obliging. Jeremy reads the market well. He sold our house in just a few days.

Very happy with the result the team at Harcourts were successful on. Throughout the entire process, there was clear communication. My property sold for $55k over the asking price, which was great competitive generation by the Harcourts professionals.

My recent experience both selling and buying a property through Harcourts was really fantastic. Shelley was an amazing selling agent! Thank you Shelley! And Anna was also wonderful as my buying agent - thank you, Anna! Jeremy was terrific to deal with - helpful and friendly; not pushy and rude like so many agents! I'd recommend Jeremy and his friendly staff to anyone wishing to buy or sell property. They're truly the nicest and most professional team around.

I really loved working with Jeremy and his team. He is super knowledgeable in regards to the market and exceeded my expectations in the time it took to sell. I also have a firm knowledge of the Launceston market and I resonated with his no-BS approach and treated me as an equal. He has no EGO He has a set process he follows which worked for me because I'm a methodical person in general. Jeremy will be hands down, my go-to real estate expert of choice for any future endeavours that's for sure!

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic in his dealing with us, he was in contact with us almost on a daily basis informing us of his progress and making recommendations. We are aware he worked extremely hard to achieve not just our price but also an extended settlement date to assist us in finding a new home. Jeremy is highly recommended to any seller who is seeking a genuine agent who is interested in them and looking after their interest and not just chasing a commission.

Efficient and no fuss manner. We found pricing information and strategy, to be honest, and factual. Ultimately had a great result in a very short period of time.
