David has excellent people skills, provided detailed background information leading up to the sale, provided excellent follow up, nothing was too much trouble, first sale fell over however this did not deter David in any way, shape or form...David kept going crossing all the 't's' and 'i's'...providing a very professional outcome with a second purchaser.

Jeremy is a highly skilled agent with a fantastic body of experience and knowledge about the industry and the current market. Being a 'long distance' vendor, we relied on his knowledge and communication to enact the sale of our property. He was very professional, yet down to earth and refreshingly honest. Jeremy was able to achieve a price we were happy with, and we would highly recommend him as an agent.

We looked at the place on a Saturday morning open home, put an offer in afternoon and got the positive response by Monday afternoon.

As a purchaser, our experience with David was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and professional to deal with. He went to great lengths to ensure the purchase process ran smoothly; working full time I particularly appreciated the convenience of him bringing paperwork to us rather than us having to go to his office. He facilitated timely communication exchanges between us and the vendors. Thanks so much for all you did for us David!

This was our first property sale and as a young couple the thought of entering the market in the current environment was very daunting but from the moment we contacted Jeremy it was such a relief we wouldn't consider selling with anyone else as from the start to finish of the process it was so simple and easy.

Jeremy was fantastic from our first chat with him till the whole process was signed off. He is approachable, honest and easily contactable. He handled all of our questions (we had a lot of questions!) seamlessly and cheerfully. His expert guidance left us feeling well supported and delighted with the final result.
