Jeremy has been in touch on a regular basis for the entire time while I rented my property through Harcourts. Even though it was not for sale. Jeremy has been amazing and very helpful when I decided to sell my property and through out the process and sale. I highly recommend Jeremy in any aspect of real estate!

My family and myself were extremely stressed when we are looking for a family home with housing market inflated beyond believe. We have dealt with various agents from different agencies before we finally found a property we like. We are extremely fortunate to have Jeremy selling the property to us. The transaction was seamless and pleasant from start to finish. I have recommended Jeremy to my family and friends and I would continue to do so. Thanks Jeremy! You are awesome!

Jeremy was always available to discuss the unit we had chosen and to arrange inspections when requested. He personally assisted, or arranged for a colleague to help if he was busy. I was impressed by his knowledge and experience of the property itself, and he was aware of its history. He was honest about the shortcomings of the place, and let it sell itself. I appreciated his professionalism, his years of experience and his courtesy at all times. I would not hesitate to contact him again if I needed to do so in buying or selling.

David went above and beyond when I purchased my first home. There were some issues that arose with the bank and David negotiated with the owners on my behalf to ensure that the sale would still go ahead. He was constantly in communication with me during the entire process.

We couldn't recommend Dave enough. He was amazing with communication through the marketing and sales process and while we didn't meet in person he is a friendly and very professional operator. On top of all that he achieved a sales price we were stunned with. Thank you so much Dave for an amazing job and also for making the process so simple and enjoyable and lets not forget the incredible result!
