If I could give Neil 10 stars I would! I bought a property through him and really appreciated his commitment to providing an exceptional level of service. Even after the contract had gone ‘unconditional’, Neil continued to make himself available to take me through the property to measure up etc for building works I planned. Neil was genuinely interested in working for the vendor and also myself as the purchaser, rather than seeing it as a transaction purely for his own benefit. It was very obvious he is passionate about getting the very best outcomes for both vendor and purchaser and whilst I bought property on this occasion, I wouldn’t hesitate to enlist him to sell my home in the future. Can't ask for much more than honesty, patience, great communication and reliability in your agent but - Dave provided that. Ten fold. Plus knowledge, promtness, a better than expected result, a fast sale and a very happy vendor. I couldn't recommend him more. Dave was great to deal with, he told us straight out what he thought a good selling point was and didn't over promise to get the listing. Dave's communication throughout the sskecwas awesome and we always knew what was going on. With a new baby inspection and open home times were limited, Dave was very understanding of this and worked around us.
