Jeremy did an amazing job selling our property. Great photos, great marketing and great communication every step of the way, under current difficult conditions.

Jeremy is very approachable and I found his manner to be of a high professional standard. He gets back to you straight away and is proactive in negotiations. He communicates well between buyer and seller. I found him (and his team ) easy to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to sell their home.

First Time selling property.....after meeting 4 agents, it was Jeremy that got the job, a straight shooter, felt very comfortable. Jeremy has 20 years experience and it shows, his manner and professionalism is 10/10. We had a lot of interest from day 1 , we lost a couple of interests but he came back another 24 hrs until we got what we needed, a real go getter, Thanks Jeremy Wilkinson we look forward to dealing with you in any future real estate

The initial appraisal and time spent with us seemed appropriate and well thought through. The times he came to our home were accommodating. His politeness and can do attitude helped us to feel more relaxed about a difficult situation. The sale was very quick and easy and his suggestions proved to be the right way to go. After paperwork was signed we didn't hear from David until we got in touch with him very close to the settlement date just to check in things were running smoothly. Presuming he was extremely busy and just didn't have the opportunity to check how things were going for us. Overall we were pleased with his work. Thanks David. Cheers Lizzie

Jeremy recently sold our home in a very difficult market right in the middle of a world wide pandemic! We believe the ability to do this was in a large degree due to Jeremy’s can do attitude, honesty and professionalism. Jeremy’s communication and feed back with us was always prompt and honest. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jeremy 100% to anybody wanting to sell their property in a painless and timely manner. When and if we ever sell another property Jeremy will be “our man”.
