Having known Jeremy for a number of years, we found Jeremy honest, reliable and fully committed noting that from listing to sale was ~8 months. Never once asked to reduce price he worked tirelessly with both of us as to ensure our property was well marketed and with that attended by good numbers at all of the many open homes that were held. Pleasingly our asking price was eventually achieved, with Jeremy possibly just as excited as we were to finally get a sale. Jeremy and his team including Sharon were all class!

Jeremy was exceptionally good to us. He understood the difficulty we had with relocation of our brother-in-law who had lived in the property for 50 years. We live on the mainland and had to make many trips to achieve the relocation. When we asked Jeremy to be our real estate agent in June, we still had an enormous task ahead of us to clean out the house. We were never hassled by Jeremy he bidedm his time until he was able to inspect the house in October. He advised us about cleaners and the "Jobs Done" boys were fantastic. It was decided to auction the house and to have a short (3 weeks) advertising campaign. Jeremy kept us informed at all times. House was auctioned and we were delighted with the result. The young auctioneer, Conall Cassidy, was excellent, most professional and full of fun. Jeremy was discreet, kind, caring and above all the consumate professional. We could not have achieved the final result without him.
