Michael was our agent for selling our parents property after they moved in to aged care. Acting on their behalf, the task of selling the property was made more difficult with us both several hours away from the property location. Michael project managed the contractors we needed to attend to maintenance items for us, making the process of preparing the property for sale a lot less stressful, less time consuming, and less costly for us had we had to travel to attend to these items ourselves. With an offer accepted, we also had the curve ball of the buyer's finance falling through - but Michael acted quickly and within 24 hours had a home open and within 3 days of the original deal falling through we had a new offer and acceptance completed. Constant, clear, and professional communication the entire way through, couldn't have asked for better.
