After my father passed away and we decided to sell the family beach house, one of my late father's friends recommended we speak to Nadine as he said "she was the best real estate agent in the area". We met with Nadine and 2 other local agents, but we decided to appoint Nadine because she just seemed to understand our very emotional situation. Nadine explained why she thought the house was worth what it was worth and what her recommended marketing strategy was. It was all very clear and made a lot of sense. She them implemented the strategy exactly how she said she would, keeping us informed on a regular basis. I have sold a lot of properties across Australia, and I can confidently say that selling the family beach house was very emotionally challenging, but a highly competent agent made it a lot easier than it could have been.
