Paul came to our initial meeting already prepared with a market analysis and was able to propose a strategy and price guide on the spot. Clearly he and Chelsea had put in a lot of upfront effort and knew the local market well. As I needed to have a few repairs done, Paul was able to recommend some trusted tradesmen and even helped me organise them. When it came time to put the house on the market, Paul wasted no time and arranged several private viewings and presented two offers in one week, before the first home open. Whilst that could be dismissed as just being a heated market, it shows that Harcourts was able to quickly get the message out and generate interest in the property from both owner occupiers and investors. When a last minute offer for a significantly higher price came in, Paul called me right away to ensure I didn't sign the offer I was about to accept. The lower offer would have resulted in the property being managed by Harcourts, providing them with a long term financial benefit above the extra commission. Paul acted with integrity in bringing the higher offer to me, putting my best interest ahead of his, and disclosing upfront that one of the offers would also benefit Harcourts. Throughout the process, Paul consistently communicated in a timely and effective manner. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a 5-star service with integrity.
