I have never met Alison , who was not available over the time I was in Mandurah. I found the home on the net and was sure I could make it fit our needs. I dealt with Liz whom I found pleasant and with very adequate knowledge to assist me with a single visit, partly hand written, effectively unconditional contract. Having been in Real Estate sales for 51years prior to retiring two years ago I was fully aware of our requirements. Apart from a couple of small additional clauses I think frankly I was a very "easy purchaser". My long term involvement in the industry told me clearly in this case what I spent many years drumming into my staff. "GET a great Listing" and "the sale becomes the fun part" "NO Bait, NO Fish" I wish Liz well in the industry in the future.

When you do not but a house too often you need someone who helps with all the things that need doing. Rachael was excellent in the contract negations , advised us on what we needed to do post contract and gave us contact names and referrals for the things that needed to be done. More importantly these were given to us within few hours of the contract being signed and she had arranged the inspections etc within a few days of the contract being signed.
