Can not fault.
We were skeptical of sales people having been burned before. But from the time we first met Michael to discuss listing our property through him,we knew we had made the right choice of agent. Michael is hardworking and transparent.His communication throughout the whole process was second to none from the get go,this is often hard to find! He has an openness and transparency that makes dealing with him easy. Michael goes out of his way to get things done with efficiency and accuracy. He is knowledgeable and passionate in his job and it showed in the quick turn over of the selling of our property. From offer to settled in 35 days. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Michael to future sellers and buyers for that matter.

Stress Free Property Purchase
We first met Kashan when we went to see a property she was selling in Mandurah. This property was not what we were looking for but after we described what we were looking for she found one for us and the contract was signed a week later. Perhaps there was a bit of luck involved, but there was definitely 100% effort on her part. Our calls and queries were answered quickly and efficiently and she made us feel we were her most important client. I would be happy to recommend her services to anyone and I will certainly ask her to look after any property needs that we have in the future
