Nicole was great, even to the extent of helping me out when I locked myself out of the house at 6pm... She left her home, went to the office retrieved our set of house keys and came and unlocked for me. This happened whilst my husband was in hospital, stress and anxiety levels were so high. Her kindness was so appreciated. My apologies to Nicole for taking so long to complete this, but moving was stressful and my husband is again in hospital. Nicole was within $5,000 of her market appraisal of what we settled for. Spot on. Well done and thank you.
