I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Nicole Hindmarsh during the sale of a vacant canal block located in Mariners Cove. The block formed part of a divorce settlement making it it a difficult sale with Nicole having to liaise with myself and the ex as well as the buyers, all through the middle of COVID 19... just to make it that much more difficult!!! Nicole was simply amazing to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, her feedback was fantastic without being over the top, she offered great marketing strategies and achieved a great outcome initially getting the property sold above market value. Sadly due to the COVID situation, the original contract fell over but Nicole worked with other buyers to get a great sale price reflecting buyer sentiment given the economic situation of a world wide pandemic. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Nicole and her support team at Harcourts, Mandurah and have no doubt Nicole will continue to excel in her chosen career. I hope to see Nicole take out further sales awards in the future and would highly recommend Nicole to all owners considering selling properties in the Peel region.
