Michael was very persuasive and, through him, we bought a beachside home in Falcon, a suburb he himself lives in and is familiar with. Just before settlement, Michael went to a lot of trouble to ensure that things went smoothly, he participated in final inspections etc. A charismatic and very helpful salesman - one of the best I have dealt with in many years.
