The sale of our property was always going to be difficult, being at the top end of the market, with stiff competition. This did not deter Ben in any way. He was totally confident and positive right from the start. We had several agents to interview regarding our listing and cancelled subsequent appointments after meeting Ben. Ben's professionalism and attention to every detail, right from the very first listing meeting, instilled the confidence we needed to entrust him with the sale of our home. Throughout the sale period, we were constantly updated with buyer interest and feedback and were supplied with a very detailed written report at the end of each week, recording all communications with prospective purchasers. We were never left wondering what was going on - this has been rare in our previous property dealings. Ben’s marketing strategy and diligence in conducting home opens was just what was required.
