Great gift of the gab. Pleasant guy. Knows the market quite well. Pricing was good but would not anwswer specific questions ( like would you suggest a response to an offer).Follow up service was very poor. Had to ring 1 day before settlement to see if the buyer wanted a key. In other words once the contract was signed OHLAY.
