As stated Ben has a great team around him from gaining the listing, promoting and lastly selling. Everybody has their area of responsibility from Zoe, Sandy, Rachael to conduct a some what seamless sale. Even the guy delivering and installing the front yard sale had the right attitude. Settlement period was 21 days, just ask Sandy 😰

Clare was a please to work with in selling my property. At all times she was very professional and happy. Clare was always in contact and touching base with myself on how the property inspections had proceeded and potential buyers, and what may help to increase inspections to sell the property as quick as possible. Her advise was always of a high caliber. Clare also did the work herself which was very reassuring and it wasn't passed on to fellow colleagues to do the job at hand.
