The honest evaluation of my property (as the market stood) at the time was fair and understanding.Albeit hurting. I really enjoyed the dogged efforts with " home opens" and the constant communication after each and every one.The advice on advertising boards (with photos) was imperative as the house is hidden from the main road (battle axe block). This made a really good impact. My agents negotiating skills with the buyer and I were first class. Lots of work was put in to secure this sale. I really enjoyed our open honest dealings with Lee.
