After trying to sell our home privately for 6 months and before we leased our home out we thought we'd give Keith a try .We both agreed on choosing Keith Presvost as he had recently sold 3 other homes in our street within weeks of being listed. Within hours of us contacting the agency Keith agreed to meet with us with the prospect of gaining a new listing. Before deciding we asked Keith did he think he could sell our home if we signed for a month and he said Yes straight up, and when he priced our home exactly with the price that we were considering listing it at we signed up. Well he didn't disappoint within days of listing he had a offer for us and within our price range that my husband and I had privately agreed to consider. Keith was true to his word and unlike many agents he kept us fully informed .
